Went for lunch at plaza sing after church last sunday. Poor jeremy had to endure another week of routine lunch. Ate some taiwanese food and talked with david about what heaven is gonna be like. Hmmm, will we really forget each other? There's no longer gonna be relationships? kinda sad lei. Or issit we'll konw each other, but everyone's related in the same way, brothers and sisters in christ. Then also, how come we'll always choose to obey God? The sinful nature is gone? Will we remember how it felt to be a slave to the mind and flesh? Will we remember how it felt to be constantly dealing with the issue of disobedience to God? Or will we have forgotten.. if so, do we still have free will? Adam and eve were tested with the tree of knowledge of good and evil, they enjoyed perfect harmony and peace with God till they chose to disobey. Dun tell me the whole cycle is gonna repeat itself meh? Wah.. so many questions suddenlt came to my mind that day. Oh well.

Sometimes, God only requires us to believe in him that he has made the way for us, and not to question the HOWs but just concerntrate on our redemption from the penalty of sin. Faith the size of a mustard seed can really move mountains.


Well, after lunch, Dot, ben, jeremy and I walked around spotlight for a while. So fun eh, playing with all those crappy head-gear and taking dumb photos with my cam! Haha. Retro look really doesn't suite me man.

But spotlight is the best place so far i've been to for craft material. Cool man, got all the origami paper i want, got the stylus pen i've been looking for for months, but it's so ex I decided not to buy it in the end.

After the rest left, Ben got impatient so i asked him to go find mum and dad at carefour first. But he's handphone was flat and so we had a hard time finding each other later. Dad had to request for an announcement to be made over the PA system to find Ben.. so cool. That boy.. say will go look for parents at carefour, end up he's waiting outside spotlight. Argh, one day either he'll learn to be more specific or he'll really get lost. Sometimes i'm really worried for the way this guy is doing things. He's perception of life. But i can't really do much if he chooses not to open up to his family. I remeber being like that too at his age.. hope he grows out of it and realise that life's not all that depressing afterall.

Oh well.. den went to meet eugene at j8. I think cos i was still pissed at Ben for misinformation, i took the NEL train supposedly wanting to go to j8. Den as the train pulled into clarke quay, dot's sms "take to where?" suddenly sturck me that this train cannnot take me anywhere near bishan. Was thinking of taking the NEL to an interchange, den change to NS line. Den i realised doubhy ghaut, the place I boarded the train was the interchange. Blur me.. hmmm. Yay, i'm so happy i'm able to find my way around raffles city.. lol. kk nvm.



Reached home and had 15min to spare before the youths arrive. Quickly dump all my stuff, neaten up my room a bit :p and took a 2min shower. Den went down to recieve Dot, Mel, and Carol. Hehe, they're scared of cookie. Had such a great time last night, watching world cup finals together though france didn't win and so happens my birthday is on the same day. So got to celebrate my 17th Bday with all these people too. Had fun rumaging through my old stuff, and thanks for all the new stuff!! I'm so touched, purposely make me open the door, and then, there's the cake and u all started singing happy birthday. Lol. Didn't expect that to happen. Haha! Thanks!!



Took quite a few photos as we fellowshiped through the night. Played 'pig' which we renamed to chocolate so it doesn't sound so discriminating. Wohoo, so much pizza and chips!! Thanks to a smart move from Dot, we could squeeze 3 pizzas and sides into the oven to heat up at one go. Pizza was meant for the italian supporters and Dot brought french fries for the france supporters. But in the end, everybody migrated to the italian camp and ate the pizzas..



The match was quite exciting eh.. Zidane so fast gotta take penalty, den when the ball bounced in and out all of us were stunned, dunno whether goal or not.. in the end it was a goal so we posed for a YAY, France Goal shot.



Soon everyone was trying to get into a comfortable spot to sleep liao.. The sky was red, raining, so nice to sleep..haha but nobody actually slept! so cool! everone managed to keep awake.. what with lame jokes here and there. The occasional adrenaline rush as the ball pushed towards the italian goal post.. hehe, poor carolyn was the only italian supporter. And also, my house door suddenly open on it's own revealing a heart-stopping darkness behind it. Sheesh, so scary!!
Four years later, we'll watch at Mel's house! lol. Until then, then.

PS. i've been awake since sunday morning!! man.. i'm so tired.. yawn!! but had so much fun!! Hehe.
