Let's go G.O go !!

We are now famous there for being "cheerleaders" Haha it all started when we cheered for Ben and Dot who took part in table-tennis tournament. They both won !!! Men's champion and Ladies champion respectively ! cool !! So fun lah club med. All the crazy G.Os. So hyper and friendly. The receptionist also very kind, i lost my key and she replaced it witout additional charge.. i think their job is soooo fun.. everyday wake up and play games, sports, entertain people.. and they get to eat such good food everyday !!! Wah the food rox lah!! Got so much variety, chinese, japanese, western, korean, indonesian.. wanted to tae video of the whole spread but camera no more memory liao. The desert rox.. but poor dot dun want to eat.. ai yo ! holiday jus eat lah.. :p yay, she finally did on the last day.. haha.

So what was a typical day like ? morning wake up, breakfast (never ending options to choose from, but limited stomach space ). Eg porridge ( taiwanese, teo chew, japanese ), pan cakes, sausages ( chicken, pork ), bacon (chicken, pork ), egg (chef to cook the style you request ), assorted pastries and bread, salads, cereal.. aye, got alot lah. Den we'll go to the beach, swim / drift about / kayak. Kayaking is fun !!! especially when there are corals and schools of fish right under your boat. Den one time we kayak so far out! the sea was so calm, and quiet, peaceful, sun-set orange sky, wind blowing gently, just each other for company.. so nice ! Can just relax and let time freeze. literally. My watch stopped.. lol. When we got back my mum told us how she got so worried she asked the life guard to go out and call us back. But the lifeguard said "You scared they disappear beyond the horizon? Don't worry, they can paddle back in 1 minute if they want ! " wah this lifeguard rox man!! haha. Eh, i'm sposed to be depicting a typical day here.. ok restart.

So after breakfast, we'll go to the beach, den we'll wash up. Why need to wash up ? Cos in the sea we dunk each other into the water, dump sand on each other's heads, ben lost all his team mates after he betrayed Leon. Haha. kk i'm drifting again. Den we'll play table-tennis or pool (easily accessible on the first floor although sometimes there'll be others playing and we gotta stand there and look intimidating then they'll leave.. haha, nah, most of the people there are very nice. Soon it'll be lunch.. Again the extremely wide spread.. occassionally we'll sit with our parents, but most of the time us kids will jus find a table, cos we hardly meet at meals anyway, it's free and easy.. perhaps the parents also want a break from the responsibility of looking after us.. Usually lunch time we'll be so thirsty from all the salt in the sea that we'll drink lots of water and end up not being able to eat.

After lunch can go back to the beach and..... again !! swim, kayak blah blah blah. Unfortunately the weather not very good. Didn't get to do the trapeze until the last day. Wah the dumb harness so tight lah !! Free slimming session ar ! good thing we did trapeze before lunch..

We went snorkelling on the second day !! Took a boat out to sea, too bad uncle Lewis and Noel didn't make it on time and the boat driver didn't want to wait for them. The boat ride THERE was nice !! Wind blowing in our faces as we squinted to absorb the beautiful scenery around us, frantically fighting to keep the hair in place from obstructing our view.. kidding lah, my hair not that long yet.. =p. My frist time snorkelling !! So fun.. at first we were all swimming in different directions and occassionally kicking one and other.. den fianally got smart and joined hands to swim together. Haha. but there not much to see.. we found a reef nearer to shore later which we had a more rewarding snorkelling experience.. the boat ride BACK was cold and wet ! The boat speeding through the rain, freezing argh ! haha, everybody else was cuddled up but i was sitting alone oppsite cos the boat driver made me swap seats with another guy.. to balance the boat.. maybe it's a good thing he did.. otherwise quite akward.. i wonder what the parents will think if.. k nvm. hee.. random.

Den there's the Sports center where we did archery, I won so Dot had to peel an egg for me.. haha. Ben and Dot hit green ( canvas ) and brown (the stand ) lols.. and lost a few arrows. Poor Hot dog had to replace so many arrows. "Hertog ! not Hot Dog !! " Haha the way he said it with that indonesian accent so funny !!! We kept repeating that phrase after that.. lols. Played basketball and badminton too.. Ben very strong.. shoot 3pointer and over shoot the entire board and hit the wall behind..

Swimming in the pool.. played monkey, Ben's a baboon, i chose Gorilla.. den theres this elivated platform where we can sit and let water from the pool above fall down on us.. like a waterfall lah... but sometimes got somebdy leaning over the wall there.. den the water that falls on us will have a funny smell.. yucks.. nah, i'm just kidding.. but Ben did poke a guy's hand that was sticking out over the wall.. Just like how Dot poked a swimmer with her kayak oar and gave him such a shock i think water went into his snorkelling tube..

Night life there ?? well it is a Club afterall.. Performances by the G.Os were fun to watch, especially the slow-mo skit.. haha, hilarious. Even the actors were laughing, that's funny. Then after the performance we'll join in the dance.. Mai Ah hee ! Mai Ah ho ! Housekeeping !!! Haha. So dumb. But who cares, everybody jus going wild togehter.. Haha. Still like the time we play 'pig' and laugh until cramp.. stomach cramp, jaw cramp.. wdv lah.. Haha, den we watch movie on Dot's portable DVD player.. ended up me and ben wrestling on the bed and... PILLOW FIGHT !! Haha.. go crazy again.. i think if the cup noodles didn't spill we'll prob play untill all the pillow stuffing come out..

Dinner on the last night was sposed to be a "more formal dinner affair" Haha.. end up most of us didn't bother to dress up.. my date for the night was Noel.. Dot dated Daniel and ben had the ghost on the opposite end of the 12 poeple long table.. Leon finally did his forfeit for loosing the " 1 dot" game. but we all joined in.. eating blue cheese.. haha. it's not bad lah, or maybe cos i took only a small bit.. he's was quite big.. took a video.. haha, Leon's funny. Den i had to rush through my steak as Ben and Dot had to rush to Bintan Sports Award Ceremony 2006 and i was in charge of leading the cheer team.. Haha. The MC actually cut off the music so that we can do our cheers for Ben and Dot !! Told u we're famous.. my dad cheers loudly.. Haha.

Like the holiday, this blog entry has to end too.. but even on the ferry back we were having so much fun.. Haha. We used 'Rabbit' and 'Fred' as puppets to act out the entire holiday, adding in our own exaggerations and drama. Laugh until Leon and Ben tot we went mad, and Diane had to shh us so many times.. I think the other passengers who were trying to sleep must have been exercising every bit of tolerance and patience to put up with our ridiculous laughter.. haha, told u the people there are nice.. Oh well. Dun blame us, not often we get a chance to spend time together like this.. i'm gonna miss this holiday loads.. OK ! next one Club Med Hokaido !! oh yea ! =p
